Count your blessings instead of your crosses;

Count your gains instead of your losses.

Count your joys instead of your woes;

Count your friends instead of your foes.

Count your smiles instead of your tears;

Count your courage instead of your fears.

Count your full years instead of your lean;

Count your kind deeds instead of your mean.

Count your health instead of your wealth;

Love your neighbor as much as yourself.

“Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere. We can’t always understand them, but we have to trust in them. I know you want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just have a little faith.” ―Lauren Kate

It is all about the attitude that you take, the perspective that you choose to observe from. In the article “My Father’s Guiding Hand” I talk about ‘poor past programming,’ the stuff that haunts and sabotages our daily living; how it began and how to overcome it. Most often, it is this haunting, self-sabotaging, ‘poor past programming’ that is stressing and depressing us. If it is time for this junk to go from your life, the Heart Forgiveness/Core Health processes can help.

Skeletons

It is what is buried in your subconscious that controls 95% of your beliefs, actions, reactions.

The Core Health, Heart Forgiveness, Funny with Money process clear the energy of these buried problems (often misperceptions/misintretations of reality) setting you free to float down the river of life, unchained, untethered!

The text for this graphic “arrived” this morning as a direct instruction to me, personally… but also as an observation on how & why human individuals gravitate to particular religions or other belief systems the base image is a highly manipulated version of a shot apparently taken in a museum by flickr member buildblackclouds. Found it on flickr looking for something to illustrate the text.

My Father’s Guiding Hand

little-girlx580I had a most awesome earthly father, who taught me never to fear anything when I was still a little toddler sitting on his lap–How did this come about?–My grandfather made me cry by trying to put a white fluffy little feather upon my arm trying to scare me, saying it was a ‘gogga’–My father got furious with my grandfather and took me into his arms, put me on his lap, explaining to me that the feather was harmless, and blowing it playfully around in the air, and after a while he put it on my arm and blew it away!

This was the beginning of my education about fearlessness–The second lesson I learned was when I was about three years old, and my father asked me to fetch something from the pantry when it was already almost dark, and I got a heck of a fright seeing a big black dog sitting in the corner of the pantry–I shrieked and ran back to the bedroom where my father was, trembling like a leaf in the wind–My father took my trembling hand and walked me back to the pantry put on the light, and low and behold , the black dog was a pare of those long black rubber gumboots, which fishermen wear when they walk into the river to fish!

The third test was when he took me one evening at dusk to the graveyard when I was about 5 years old, and told me to climb over the gate, walk through the graveyard and pick a little branch from the Cypress Trees at the end of the graveyard, which I did because I trusted him.

The fourth test was when he was teaching me to drive a car on a muddy road at the age of about 14 years old, telling me beforehand what to do when the car starts to slide upon the slippery muddy road–I made a booboo and the car made a hundred percent turn-about when I hit the brake, hitting the tire completely off the rim–My father got out of the car and patiently changed the tyre, and when the job was done he said to me: “Get back behind the wheel and follow my instructions!”–I protested because I was rattled to the very core of my being, but he insisted, saying to me: “You have to conquer your fear otherwise you will never be able to do this within the future!”–That was it!–I did it, and I conquered ALL fear!

Namaste! written by: Louise de Beer

I have published this piece by Louise de Beer for two reasons:

  1. As an illustration of common practices in too many families (what the grandfather did)
  2. As an illustration of a loving, guiding hand that makes big difference in the psyche of a young one (what the father did)

Although the ideal parental method is illustrated by the father’s actions, it is the games of the families that mimic the grandfather’s actions that are all too present in the raising of children and even worse actions.

What remedies are there for fears, scares, poor perceptions based on this societal gaming? This stuff lies within, unknown, haunting, suffocating. Years of therapy has been the typical way for many, too many lifetimes of rehashing, re-subjecting the body to the experience only serves to release destructive hormones into the body, once again and as many times as re-experienced; destructive!

Many turned to religion as a possible answer. The body is a amazing construction (see Your Body Never Lies; more; more) The placebo effect, known and studied demonstrates that amazing things can happen when the right triggers occur; instant or near-instant healings, explainable but never-the-less, true validated healings. So, if you are one of the ones who experienced deep change by turning to religion, or any other thing, Celebrate and move on!

However, there yet remains those who are still wounded, for the most part in unknown ways. What do they do? The varieties of therapy for healing are plenteous, with widely varying degrees of effectiveness. (I know, I’ve tried many of them) What I found, that for me was so profound, was the Heart Forgiveness/Core Health processes. The DTQ process I found to be easy, not rehashing/re-living old traumas, but easily transforming old belief patterns, that held limiting energy, into a story that now held no limiting energy patterns; WOW!

(Note: If any of these terms seem to be unclear for you see this Quick Glossary.)

Since my experience with these processes, I chose to become a Facilitator of the Heart Forgiveness/Core Health process and have witnessed profound changes in others as I experienced myself. The processes are so deeply profound that I became involved in bringing them to those in the world who are desperately searching for relief from the hauntings, the self-sabotaging limiting behaviors that hold them back, stress or depress them. Results speak for themselves, but folks, prior to experiencing Heart Forgiveness, have little, experientially,  to relate to, so my quest has been to build the tools to help people find these power tools for themselves. Start here this is what you can find:

I just saw this post on Facebook. At first glance it sounds like solid advice, but:

  • what’s in your subconscious? unknown
  • what have you convinced yourself, over the years, is true? unknown
  • what causes you to self sabotage yourself? unknown
  • when was the last time you really wanted to make changes that you were able to accomplish them?

Bottom line, your subconscious poor past programming is stacked against your will!

DTQ Process

Developed by Dr. Ed Carlson, the DTQ ProcessTM (Deeply Thoroughly Quickly), reactivates a person’s innate core health.

By precisely locating what are known as the Starting Point, Decision Point and Anchor Points, the process is able to completely clear energy distortions. Then using the person’s “Perfect Moment” — a memory of being consciously aware of being connected to all —the person “connects the dots” from their innate core health to the present. The result is positive energy flow, and all its ongoing benefits.

How it works

For example, migraine headaches, bulimia, cancer, emotional wounds, weight problems  all have a Decision Point when the personsubconsciously decided to have the problem. A negative energy “finds” an event to attach to.

Earlier in life, the person started down the road to making that decision by picking up the first bit of “evidence,” the Starting Point.

The pieces of “evidence” picked up along the way eventually coalesce by some stimulus into the Decision PointThe Starting Point is the initiation of the negative energy  collects “evidence”  seeks an event.

Following the Decision Point, additional baggage/”evidence” is collected, then there is another stimulus that creates an Anchor Point  a reaffirming of the Decision. This anchors the Decision more tightly in energy.

This negative distortion of the individual’s energy field by the Decision begins to flow energy into creating all kinds of dis-ease, signs symptoms, discomforts in an effort to get the person’s attention to heal the distortion.

The DTQ Process clears the Starting Point, the Decision Point, and the Anchor Points. Like pulling out the root of a vine, the entire vine withers and is gone.

The DTQ Process utilizes Energy Measuring to get the answers to the above and to determine results.

Clearing the Tangled Forest of Our Lives

mind prison

Clearing “clutter,” old decisions, and obstacles by expanding our inborn core of health releases many signs and symptoms of dis-ease. This easily frees each individual to achieve greater power, health, creativity, and enjoyment in daily life. Louis Pasteur, father of microbiology, on his deathbed, saidThe terrain is everything. The microbe is nothing.”

Yes, but how do we “prepare the terrain” of our inner life to be excellent. How do we access all of our body and all of our brain — our wisdom, our creative genius beyond mere functionality? How do we expand this into daily action? This is the practical application to achieve peak health and performance in our personal life, business, and sports.

In a forest, to grow corn effectively, we would prepare the terrain by removing trees, stumps, rocks, and  plowing the soil. Now the corn can be planted, receive sunshine and water, and bring forth a bountiful crop.

Heart Forgiveness/Core Health clears the tangle and forest of our lives.

Heart Forgiveness/Core Health assists individuals in preparing their inner terrain of innate core health, the fertile uncluttered ground that exists within us all. Living from fertile ground enhances our effectiveness with outside andinside factors — in all areas of our lives.

History of Energy Measuring

© 2004 Dr. Ed Carlson

Fifty-plus years ago, Energy Measuring emerged in the medical and health-care professions, initially as a diagnostic discipline in physical therapy for muscle function.

In 1964, a breakthrough in diagnosis occurred when Detroit chiropractic physician, Dr. George Goodheart, Jr., made an observation so profound that it will forever be a landmark in the history of all health care provided by medical, osteopathic, chiropractic, dental, podiatric, naturopathic, homeopathic, and psychology doctors. (Durlacher)

Correlating muscles with acupuncture meridians and energy flows, Dr. Goodheart developed Applied Kinesiology (AK) through his insatiable research, and continuous study of medical, osteopathic and chiropractic journals and books. He also wisely believed that bridges, rather than barriers, would lead to broader understanding.

Psychiatrist John Diamond was attracted by this policy and intrigued by AK, becoming the first qualified medical member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology in the 1970s.

Dr. Diamond learned that a patient thinking an anxious thought “weakened” a previously strong muscle. Working with this, Dr. Diamond reached the core of emotional problems for people far faster than by using orthodox counseling. This changed his entire practice.

Diamond’s first book was Behavioral Kinesiology (in paperback, Your Body Doesn’t Lie), short, simple and profound, followed by his very comprehensive Life Energy, correlating the positive and negative emotions for each acupuncture meridian.

Psychiatrist Harvey Ross was very impressed with a muscle weakening when a person experienced anxiety, or made a statement that was false. He shared this with his good friend psychologist Roger Callahan. Dr. Callahan immediately registered for a 100-hour AK course  the only psychologist in the course! In 1985 he published Five Minute Phobia Cure.

University of California psychologists Peter Lambrou and George Prattare clinical and consulting psychologists on staff at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California. Both maintain a private practice and consult with businesses around the country. Lambrou and Pratt have treated over 6,000 patients with a 95-percent success rate. Their 2000 Random House book, Instant Emotional Healing, gives great credit to Goodheart, Diamond, and Callahan as pioneers. Their book provides a superb overview, review, and background of energy and therapies.

As a tool of discovery and experiential learning tool, Energy Measuring is a huge leap — and Heart Forgiveness is a major expansion  they are now jointly applied to relieving the many burdens people carry regarding others, their self, and God.

Experienced re-activation is more than memorizing, emulating, or taking notes  it is experiencing “core health” in our energy, in our heart, in every cell of our body  so our daily living flows effortlessly, without compulsion, from the wellspring of a natural ability to live a full and healthy life.

Quick Glossary

DTQ (Deeply Thoroughly Quickly)is the proprietary process developed to clear energy glitches, traumas, or poor decisions, allowing Core Health to expand positively into that area.

Core Health describes the innate, inborn spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health in an infant and in a young child. This always remains at the core within each human being.

“Perfect Moment” is experienced by every individual when they are age 5-9 and beyond, and is a conscious awareness of being connected to all, and that all is good. This is the experienced essence of Core Health.

“Energy Decision,” in contrast to mental or emotional decisions, is at the much deeper and more thorough energy level. An energy decision flows through mind, emotion, and body. It is transformational. Energy Decisions run our lives.

“Ongoing Benefits” describe the continuing and residual improvements in baseline measures for weeks and months following the final session.
